Functioning of the diesel injector

Fuel under extreme pressure enters, travels through the body of the nozzle holder, and then exits into the nozzle tube. A diesel injector features a needle valve that is tightly attached to the injector’s body’s spring. The spring is put under pressure by the compression nut, resulting in both injector opening pressure and spring pressure. 

The diesel injector sprays fuel via a small nozzle located in the combustion chamber of a diesel engine cylinder once the needle valve has opened. The small holes are strategically placed to split up the gasoline into tiny drips that may burn easily.
